Billing Policy
Billing Billing is based on one-hour intervals
Time is rounded up to the nearest hour
Consultations Initial consultation is complimentary
Subsequent consultations will be billed at the project hourly rate
Rush Services Rush services will be billed at 1.5 times the project rate.
Liability

Client must review & approve project before final production
Changes/corrections due to my error will be gladly completed at no add'l cost
All other modifications will be billed at the project rate.
Payments
  • Payments due upon receipt
  • Late payments incur a late fee of $15.00 every 30 days
  • NSF cheques will incur a $30 fee plus the bank fees.
I accept the following payment methods:
  • Cheques and Money Orders - payable to Sharon Loduca / Web World
  • Payments can be made through Paypal to osloduca@sympatico.ca
